Text Block #1

_

In commemoration of World Mental Health Day, we are collaborating with Esquire Singapore and Global Shapers Community to raise awareness for mental health education, advocacy against social stigma and mobilising efforts in support of mental health.

On 10 October, we invite you to join us for an evening of poignant conversations and interactive activities to help you better understand the most common types of mental health issues that plague modern society. We will discuss the effects of anxiety and depression have on our minds and bodies, and about how we can all come together and pledge to build a healthier world for our minds and the minds around us.

We encourage you to join us, share your thoughts and ask the questions you've been wanting to ask.

RSVP now and let us know what topics you'd like to address.
